Return Policy

All our products come with a 12-months warranty and can be returned for free within 30 days of delivery for approved reasons! 

How to return and get a refund/replacement?
Step 1: Please contact our RegiisJoy customer service ( Contact us ) and provide the reason and the necessary pictures or videos to verify your order issue.
Step 2: Our customer service team investigate and offer a solution based on our policy.
Step 3: Both parties reach an agreement on the solution, and our customer service team provide the return information (Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package.).

Step 4: Return the product (if required). When our warehouse receives the return, our customer service team will operate the refund/replacement. And you will receive the refund within 2-14 business days. The exact time depends on your card issuer.

Policy for return:
RegiisJoy will not accept items returned without their prior approval.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for return.
Your item must be in the original packaging and must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
To return any product, clients must email our Customer Service Department prior to shipping for approval. Due to freight costs, we will not issue any refund for un-approved returned shipments.
RegiisJoy is not responsible for any auxiliary expenses, including moving expenses, incurred with the shipment or return of our products.
